SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS:
Shipping is FREE on most orders to any address in the contiguous USA on any orders totaling over $99. Any order not totaling in $99 dollars or more is charged $7 dollars for shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico: you will be billed $7 for shipping and handling no matter what the order totals to. This will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout. A shipping charge will also be added to your order for any promotional items, such as a free pad. Canadian customers will be charged for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in addition to shipping charges.
Most of our products can be shipped within two to five working days. That means that you should receive your order within seven to ten working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been placed. You can track your order on our website at: TRACK YOUR ORDER If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Delivery of items will be dependent on the size of the rug ordered and the shipping location. In some cases all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in separate packaging.
Shipment of braided rugs may take a little longer, typically being delivered within three to four weeks of the order date.
It’s hard to accurately predict the delivery time of custom rugs. Some can be produced within a few weeks of the order, but a large, hand-knotted rug may take over six months to weave. Our Customer Service Department will try to keep you informed of the projected ship date as your custom rug is created.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail including a tracking number after your items are shipped. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
OVER SIZED RUGS:
Prior to delivering your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Please be advised that the driver is only required to deliver the item “curbside” at the end of your driveway. Some drivers are willing to do more, but to be safe, if you require assistance to get the rug inside your home, please arrange for it prior to the arrival of the item.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We try to be as detailed as possible, using photos which reveal colors, patterns and textures. However, it is difficult for colors to remain consistent from monitor to monitor. This is one of the reasons we offer they 7-day in-store credit guarantee. If your rug appears nothing like the photo presented on Kingdom Rugs, you can send it back and we will happily apply a full credit to your account.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice anything that is damaged you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Our site-wide warranty is covered on behalf of our individual suppliers and must be handled with them. The warranty only covers a manufacture defect to the product.
